We order groceries at the click of a button, and manage our finances from our smartphones. Why aren’t dispute resolution services easily accessible online?

The world is online, and DR shouldn’t left behind. The days when ‘long-established’, ‘traditional’ and ‘expert’ bore significant prestige are gone. How about being ‘forward thinking’, ‘convenient’ and ‘modern’ to impress clients?
Online dispute resolution is a big part of the future, and every family practice should offer it.
